You Fed it-You crunch it. Of course my belly. I've just spent an hour with Richard. I guess most people don't use him much any more, but he's doing a good job with me. Sweating to the Oldies. I'm trying to lose at lease 15 pounds but I really need to lose more than that. But, since I have high cholesterol and high tryglercides, I'm in a higher heart attack risk area. With all the other problems I don't want this.
It's working pretty good. I feel thinner. I'm not eating much of anything either.
